  • Robert Falck will be appointed as Executive Chairman of the Board, Roozbeh Charli named Chief Executive as Anders Böös steps down as Chairman and becomes an advisor to the company

Stockholm– Einride, the freight technology company providing digital, electric, and autonomous solutions, today announced a strategic leadership transition designed to secure its position as a leader in global road freight.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer Robert Falck will be appointed Executive Chairman. In this role, he will focus on strengthening Einride’s long-term trajectory while continuing to shape the company’s direction, lead technology innovation, and ensure Einride remains the leader in the global transition to sustainable freight.

Roozbeh Charli, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer, will be appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Roozbeh has played a central role in building Einride’s operational infrastructure and commercial momentum across Europe and North America over the past five years. As Einride enters its next phase, Roozbeh will lead the team and day-to-day operations in accelerating the next chapter of growth.

Robert Falck, Founder & Executive Chairman, commented: “Einride started with the simple idea that freight could be done differently, and better. That idea has become a company, a platform, and a global shift in motion. After nearly a decade of building as CEO, it’s time to shift my focus to where I can create the most long-term value. As Executive Chairman, I will focus on the overall company strategy, including ensuring that Einride can go public when we find the time is right. Roozbeh is ready to take on the operational leadership and scale what we’ve built. And I want to thank Anders for his steady hand and invaluable guidance during one of the most defining chapters in Einride’s growth.”

Roozbeh Charli, Chief Executive Officer, commented: “This is more than a handover — it’s a continuation of the vision. I’m proud to take on this role and lead the next phase of execution. With a strong team, a proven platform, and a clear sense of purpose, we’re ready to scale responsibly and deliver lasting value.”

As part of the transition, Anders Böös, Chairman of the Board, will step down after guiding the company through a critical phase of expansion and governance maturity, and will transition into an advisory role.

Anders Böös, outgoing Chairman commented: “Serving as Chairman during Einride’s transformation from vision to global force has been a privilege. What the company’s founders and entrepreneurs, Robert and Linnéa, together with the entire team have built is rare: a company that leads with both conviction and capability. Einride's future with Roozbeh and Robert in their new roles is in truly capable hands.”

Ted Persson, Partner, EQT Ventures commented: “Robert, Linnéa and team have achieved something remarkable – building a company that leads with both purpose and performance. Under Robert’s leadership, Einride evolved from a visionary concept into a global leader. This next step brings a leadership structure aligned with the company's growing scale. Robert will now focus on long-term strategic leadership, while Roozbeh steps in as CEO, after five years at Einride marked by outstanding performance and talent. I'd also like to extend my sincere thanks to Anders Böös for his exceptional stewardship as Chairman during a pivotal phase. Anders has been instrumental in shaping the structure and discipline behind how Einride operates as a company.”
