Return policy

When you make a purchase at Einride.tech you always have 14 days of withdrawal.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense and this will be deducted from your refund.

To access your return form - please contact onlineorder@einride.tech. The order must be returned to us in the same condition as you received it, in the original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. Returned items must not be used, washed or altered in any way and all seals need to be intact. No later than 14 days after you told us that you regretted your purchase, must the product be returned to Einride Ab, Luntmakargatan 18, 111 37 Stockholm. We will, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for the product as soon as possible or no later than within 14 days from the day we received the product. Complaints

If you have received incorrect products or wrong delivery, please contact us immediately by email at onlineorder@einride.tech. Please attach pictures in your complaint mail if we have to contact our supplier. Also write a description of what is wrong with the product and how the damage occured. All complaints are subject to einride.tech approval before they are sent back. We will cover the shipping cost for wrong deliveries and accepted complaints.
