Anders Böös new Chairman of Einride’s Board of Directors

Anders Böös serves as Chairman at software developer Hantverksdata AB and as a non-executive Director at security services group Securitas AB, and investment companies Latour AB and Stronghold Invest AB – the parent company of Newsec Property Asset Management AB, Datscha AB, and Niam AB. He has previously served as Chairman of IFS AB and Cision AB, as a non-executive Director at Haldex AB and Niscayah AB, and as the CEO of Drott AB and H&Q AB.

“Anders brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Board, as Einride enters an important new phase and expands its operations in Sweden and elsewhere”, said Robert Falck, CEO and founder of Einride.

“Einride is an exciting and important company currently undergoing rapid growth. Self-driving technology, electrification and digitalized transport solutions will transform the transport industry. Einride is well positioned to be a global key actor in this area and I’m looking forward to contributing to its continued development”, said Anders Böös.

As Chairman, Anders Böös is replacing Einride’s co-founder Filip Lilja, who will continue to serve as a deputy board member.

Einride hires former Product Manager at Spotify as CPO

Anders Böös joins Einride in a phase of rapid growth. One key hire is Gabriel Lundberg, as CPO. He is a former Operating Partner at Seedplus, a Singapore based investment company, backed by Jungle Ventures, IFC of the World Bank Group, Eight Roads of Fidelity Investments, Accel India, Cisco and Ratan Tata. Simultaneously, he was a Venture Partner at Antler, a startup generator and early-stage VC, mentoring first-time entrepreneurs in the Antler program. Before joining Seedplus, Gabriel Lundberg held several senior product management roles at Spotify, including Product Manager for the Asia-Pacific region – identifying and executing regional product growth opportunities – and Product Manager for Spotify’s search engine, responsible for the full-stack search experience.

Gabriel Lundberg will head up Einride’s product development team and will be responsible for the company’s overall strategic product roadmap, its key timelines and deliverables.

“I have followed Einride’s incredible journey since the beginning. The company has already made its mark on the future of transport and I’m thrilled to join a world-class team in developing a sustainable product portfolio around an autonomous, electric transport system”, says Gabriel Lundberg.

“It’s great to have Gabriel onboard. His technology investment background and experience in complex software development and product management from one of the world’s leading tech companies will be key to accelerating the readiness of our platform – one of our key focus areas over the next year”, says Robert Falck, CEO & founder of Einride.
