Transformation requires digital intelligence. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing an intelligent freight management platform - Saga.
Saga breaks silos and unlocks the full potential of an electric and autonomous ecosystem. In real-time, the system provides visibility to all the trucks, data that includes battery life, the heat of batteries, and charging stops. Also, it helps to build the best routes to minimize transformation costs and capture environmental benefits, shipping KPIs, energy usage, performance, and much more.
You will join one of the cross-functional teams of enthusiastic, humble, and creative engineers passionate about developing innovative, scalable, user-friendly end-to-end solutions. The position is full-time and based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
What you will be doing
- Develop a data-driven intelligent freight management platform to coordinate all parts of the transportation ecosystem to accelerate the shift to fully electric.
- Work with the latest technologies in the backend development, using Golang and the Google Cloud Platform as your primary development tools. Knowledge of Java, Scala, or AWS will help you quickly start working with Go and GCP if you haven’t used them in the past.
- With your team, take action and accountability in the end-to-end development of a smooth and scalable product.
- Work with open-source code and a cloud-native microservices architecture and commit to production several times daily.
