Advanced SW/HW features for Electro mobility:
Responsibility for:
- Functional and hardware specification & development for Energy Systems solution, with focus on different components an EV (E-Machine, Inverter, VCU,REESS incl BMS, DC/DC, Charging systems and High & Low voltage systems).
- Responsible for attribute ownership of E-Drive train
- Develop Roadmap for Energy systems according to projects needs and timing.
- Create, maintain, and communicate product development schedules with sufficient details to ensure project expectations.
- Support concept selection at vehicle architecture, system and component level.
- Ensure that required project documentation (requirements and design/project specifications)
- is created and released in a timely manner to allow efficient design progress.
- Management, planning and documentation of interfaces towards other vehicle systems.
- Be part of the development and maintenance of validation and verification methodologies,
- support system and component validation and verification.
- Responsibility for the function and the interface definition for the related Hardware
- Responsibility for Problem investigation including Hands-on work, reporting & resolution from an Energy perspective, all within program timing.
- Coordination between component/subsystem level requirements/functions and system level.
- Develop and maintain a project development budget that includes parts, tooling and external professional services for assigned projects.
- Coordinate and communicate project status with appropriate levels of management throughout the company.

Required experience:
- You are an experienced engineer who easily introduces yourself to new technologies.
- You have been hands on either privately or for a company integrating EV systems.
- We look forward to having at least 5 years of industrial experience from design, testing and verification, combined with sound theoretical knowledge. We believe you like to have structure, order and proactivity in your work.
- The ability to work as a team player independently in teams, give and interact with others and that you are communicative and driven are qualities that we highly appreciate for these assignments.
- M.Sc Power Electronics Engineering; Systems, Signals & Control engineering or equivalent.
- Experience from development of Energy Systems & Power Electronics within electrical vehicle.
- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle functions with focus on BEVs.
- Hands-on experience from rig and vehicle startup and validation.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- R&D Engineering experience.
Bonus experience
- Experience from development of ESS (Energy storage systems), Charging systems, Electrical machines or Power conversion in 600/800V or higher, and 24/48V systems.
- Experience from SAFe/Agile WoW is a plus.
- Experience from development and Analysis & Verification and fault tracing of complete power electronics systems is highly appreciated.
