The product strategy team is responsible for ensuring the right products are built in the U.S. market. You will be a key part of delivering products that meet market needs, providing critical feedback into feature requirements and performance priorities in a rapidly evolving domain, as well as helping mature and grow our products. In this role, you will be the project manager overseeing autonomous truck pilots and the key interface with the entire U.S. team accelerating the deployment of automated electric trucks. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the market and the organization.You will be responsible for competitive analysis, defining product needs, and managing roll out.

As part of our newly launched Einride U.S. entity, you will help ensure our business success in North America going forward. Region Americas is a newly established business area with a small core team today, predicted to grow significantly in 2022 alone. Qualifications:
- You have at least 2 years of experience project management/coordinator/administrator
- Well organized and independent, hands on problem solver at different levels.
- Takes clear ownership of tasks
- You are driven to get stuff done, but with a collaborative approach
- Experience from transport industry is a plus
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a team of skilled engineers, product managers and product planners to understand pilot composition, delivery, feedback loops and help prove use cases.
- Develop and execute multifaceted project plans for deploying pilots.
- Collaborate with technical operations, government affairs, marketing, commercial and solutions architecture teams.
- Work closely with the global team on shared learnings and continuous improvements.
- Wear many hats and work cross-functionally, establishing relationships across all areas of the business.
