As an integral part of the CEO Office team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our visionary leaders, gaining invaluable insights into the strategic decision-making processes that drive our company forward. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of our exciting internal events. From conceptualization to implementation, you will be involved in every step of the process.
- Collaborate with the CEO Office to prepare and organize internal events
- Assist in project management tasks, ensuring smooth execution of events
- Handle administrative tasks and logistical arrangements related to events
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall event experience
- Engage with various stakeholders across the organization
- Currently enrolled as a student, preferably in the beginning or middle of your studies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
