As an Associate Buyer in Einride you will be part of an exciting journey and In this role you will help a main buyer to contact vendors, evaluate supplies, support sales and engineering . You will also send request for quotation, negotiate a deal, send purchasing orders and maintain accurate records.
You will work with operational, as well as project purchasing and will grow in the role to take next steps to a full scale buyer.
Support main buyer and co-operate with engineering and sales
Send RFi´s including technical specification and compare cost
Monitor and follow up on deliveries
Sending purchasing orders to vendors
Prepare data for decision making
Negotiation with vendors
Handle Purchasing administration on ERP
- Relevant University degree and in the beginning of your career within purchasin
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Highly driven individual but thrive working as a part of a team
- Passion for sustainability
