- Contribute to the definition of short and long-term Commercial strategies
- Ad hoc contribution to strategic cross functional projects
- Support targets setting and sales quotas definition for the Commercial Business unit
- Support the central commercial team in annual/quarterly planning, including customer segmentation, headcount management, account ownership, account planning.
- M.Sc. in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
- 5 years working experience in relevant fast-paced sales organization
- Relevant experience within Business strategy or a related field
- Ability to manage multiple projects and re-prioritise as scope and timelines change
- Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands
- A creative thinker who can bring innovative ideas
- Self-motivated, organised, detail-oriented, and resourceful
- Solution oriented and analytical
