As Senior Consultant Customer Offer at Einride, you'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero.
- Gathering insights on the customer offer from customers and local sales
- Identifying and prioritising improvements in the customer offer together with relevant stakeholders
- Define the structure for capturing commercial insights from customers and sales teams in the product development process
- Coordinating and Implementing improvements in other relevant areas, including but not limited to pitch decks and description of Einrides value proposition
- Have a strong strategic and analytical mindset
- Have +2 years of experience in a complex and consultative role, most likely gained from a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm
- Additionally you have ideally come in contact and gained experience from supply chain/operations or vertical experience from Retail, Consumer Goods or Industry Goods
